    Georgia Black is a contemporary Jazz and Blues powerhouse hailing from North London, inspired by iconic female artists such as Shirley Bassey, Etta James, and Peggy Lee. Known for her rich, soulful voice and commanding stage presence, Georgia’s career kicked off with a bang, fronting Agent Provocateur’s show-band, Dirty Stop Out. Alongside musical icons like The Clash’s Mick Jones and Primal Scream’s Bobby Gillespie, she captivated audiences at prestigious venues like Camden’s Koko and international events, including Vienna’s Life Ball and Berlin Fashion Week.

Since then, Georgia has honed her craft, blending the classic Jazz, Blues, and Soul influences of her upbringing with modern production to craft a style that’s both timeless and cutting-edge. Described by Ear Milk as “dripping with soulful, bluesy tones, making you feel as if you’re in a Bond movie”, she seamlessly marries vintage charm with contemporary vibes, creating music that’s fresh, dynamic, and full of emotion.

Georgia’s journey has seen her support soul legend Omar, collaborate and perform with Jalen Ngonda, Sofar Sounds, and even feature in Punchdrunk’s groundbreaking immersive show The Drowned Man, attended by the likes of Adele, Madonna, Prince Harry, and Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul. Her most recent venture placed her music centre stage in feature film State of Consciousness, starring Emile Hirsch. With five of her tracks synced in the movie, it’s a testament to her growing influence in both music and film.
